Refund & Returns Policy

All products sold by Heartsafe Medical are new and are covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty, which is a minimum of 8 years on all defibrillator models.

If at any stage during this warranty period you have technical issues with the device, each of the manufacturers offer direct after sales service & support.

At Heartsafe Medical, we only deal with approved medical devices and products, which are all manufactured in Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) licenced facilities. As a result, we cannot offer refunds where customers have “changed their mind”, as we cannot validate the chain of custody and offer the product for resale.

​In dealing with medical devices, our quality control standards are of the highest standard. You can take confidence that your goods are shipped in a perfect condition. We do ship goods using well regarded national common carriers to ensure your shipment is protected. If for some reason the goods arrive damaged, rest assured we will take all care to ensure you receive the goods you paid for, in a fully working and new condition.



Heart Safe Medical aims to dispatch your order within 5 working days of your payment being cleared. If this is not possible for any reason our Customer Services team will contact you as soon as possible.

All deliveries are made using Startrack, and if your product is in stock, is generally at your door within 3-5 working days.

Incorrect delivery address details may result in your purchases being delayed or not being delivered, so please ensure your delivery address details are correct including the postcode. Any cost of having to resend your purchase due to incorrect delivery address details will be your responsibility.

All delivery costs are calculated at time of purchase, and include GST.
